The enquiry form requires your name, email address and message. Telephone number and site postcode are optional. Information you include about equipment, premises or work requirements becomes part of the enquiry.

Keep your message to a short description of the work. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment or account details, identity documents, medical records, confidential client files or full financial statements through this general form.

How enquiries are processed

Enquiry information is used to understand your request, handle it internally and maintain related correspondence.

Cloudflare Pages serves the website and proxies the form request. Google Cloud hosts the form service. SMTP2GO delivers the enquiry email, Doxa records the enquiry for internal handling, and Google Workspace handles email correspondence.

Website hosting and technical processing

Cloudflare supports website delivery and security. Its privacy policy (cloudflare.com) describes processing associated with customer websites, which may include IP addresses, traffic routing information, system configuration information and other traffic data. Cloudflare also processes content passing through its services on customer instructions where it acts as a processor.

Hosting-level analytics and fonts

Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured at the hosting level for refrigeration-manchester.co.uk, with automatic installation enabled. This existing configuration is separate from additional scripts in the website template.

No additional analytics, advertising or marketing-cookie scripts have been added to the new website template. Fonts are self-hosted. Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation (developers.cloudflare.com) explains the separate hosting and automatic-install options.

Your information rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable conditions, you may have rights to information about processing, a copy of your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction or objection.
