State whether the project adds storage, replaces existing equipment or relocates a unit. Identify any model already selected and any decisions still outstanding.
Equipment, premises and delivery
Your installation enquiry can include:
- The proposed cold room, freezer room, cabinet or display.
- The available space and intended equipment location.
- The existing electrical and other site arrangements you know about.
- The delivery route and access restrictions.
- The existing equipment to be retained or removed.
- The preferred installation window and related building work.
Include measurements and specifications already recorded, and mark unknown details as unknown.
Handover and related requirements
Include any need to discuss operating instructions, equipment documentation or future maintenance. For a refurbishment, describe other work already scheduled, equipment delivery dates and when you want the storage available.
For work involving equipment containing F gas, the applicable activity requires the correct qualifications, as set out in the government’s qualification requirements (gov.uk).
